Kyaza,
Thank you so much for posting this video as I was unable to attend the live session. This information is extremely valuable. Interesting and validating to me is that much of the wisdom and practice you describe has correspondences to Christian traditions–but I suppose that is another story!
The end of this video that starts with the title “Loki’s Impostor Problem” has been cut off, which is unfortunate because I felt like the session was building up to some practical applications or examples. Also, Loki might be an unusual case and–especially being such a new “tradition”–maybe suitable for special care and discernment. I am so sorry that I missed that information!
I have had spiritual experiences within my old Christian tradition, so I feel that real deity has some calling cards that I am familiar with. Many you mention here, but one calling card that I don’t recall you mentioning is somewhat supernatural signs, similar to what divination might reveal but occurring in day-to-day life–such has a repetition of the number 3 or in Odin’s case maybe the appearance of the number 9 in a significant way.
Since you are a priest or priestess of Odin (sorry, I forgot what designation you settled on), I invite your guidance if you ever come across something suspect in my comments or posts here at WordPress.
Again, thank you for all that you share generally but in particular for this session on discernment.
Best regards,
Alan

Alan,
I am oathsworn to Odin. I am priest to Loki and Freyr.
I am glad that you found the information useful. The presentation was truncated on purpose, as per Loki’s request.
The signs that you mention are good ones, but those require a higher degree of discernment – i.e. are there really more number 3’s in a day or are you just paying more attention than usual? Those are a lot harder to decipher well.
I’m also not surprised that there are connections to other traditions – spirit work, in general, and spirit discernment in particular – tends to be fairly universal in the way that it is pursued and understood.
